Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hi there,  We at Indic Organics have a complusive obsession to Quality, Cleanliness and Hygiene. That’s why as part of our Hygiene standards, we do not accept return of food products once they are opened or used.

However, in case of damages during delivery or product being tampered with before it reaches you,in which case the food product is not suitable for consumption, you need to contact us immediately within 48 hrs of delivery with images at indicorganics@gmail.com

Also, if you are seriously unhappy with the quality of our products, do get in touch with us using the coordinates given in Contact Us section. But you need to contact us within 48hrs of Delivery. We will contact you and offer a refund after investigating your case within 10 working days.

In case you have changed your mind or placed an order by mistake, You may cancel the order only before the order has been shipped. In such cases, the Payment Gateway Charges of 3.5% will be deducted and amount will be refunded.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
