Body Heat and A2 Ghee
Some of the more common properties of Desi Cow A2 Ghee is that it is Sweet, Mild and Cold for the Body. Being Cold means, it has a property of ‘Sheeta’ which cools down the body internally.In today’s times due to hectic lifestyle and stress, a lot of internal body heat gets generated. The reason could also be the nature of food one eats which generates phenomenal heat which the body is not able to dissipate in the normal course of daily activities.
Therefore, we need a powerful agent which cools the internal heat of the body which otherwise could turn into various ailments such as Red Boils on Skin, inflammation, Burning Sensation while passing Urine and Stool etc.One feels restless and irritable when the body has inflammation whereas when the body is naturally cool from the inside, one feels a sense of peace and calm.

It nourishes, Ojas, Tejas, and Pranas referring to sustaining bodily strength, brilliance, and life energy [1]. It helps in improving memory and also polishes the connective tissue [3]. Ghee improves body flexibility and at the same time, if consumed in a smaller amount, it is helpful for tridoshic body type. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha governs the function of the body both physically and emotionally constituting Tridosh [2]. Cow ghee can also be used in for tiredness in the eyes and helps in the reduction of hair loss [1].
